FROM IRAQ
VETERANS AGAINST THE WAR:
To mark
the tenth anniversary of the U.S. invasion of Iraq, Iraqis and U.S. military
veterans came together to hold the U.S. government accountable for the lasting
effects of war and the rights of veterans and civilians to heal. They requested
a hearing on these issues with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, a
body of the Organization of American States.
I added
my name to a letter of support for their request, and I urge you to do the
same. Please use this link: http://org2.democracyinaction.org/o/5966/p/dia/action/public/?action_KEY=13332
