This picture comes from a facebook post by Occupy WNC. This resolution passed the Illinois Senate last week. Occupy WNC is also working on this issue, as is "Move to Amend" in Buncombe County. The Citizens United decision by the US Supreme Court needs to be overturned in a constitutional amendment. This is going to be a very long hard fight.
