Killing Civilians - Four years ago

This was an incident on Haifa Street in Baghdad on September 12, 2004. There were no “insurgents near the vehicle”. There were journalists and ordinary Iraqis, and none had weapons. This is a graphic video. There was a total of 22 Iraqi civilians killed in this incident and 48 injured. Some of the Iraqis were celebrating around a burning US armored personnel carrier.
