The Oak Ridge Environmental Peace Alliance and Nuclear Watch New Mexico are preparing to sue the federal government to stop the Uranium Processing Facility nuclear bomb plant from being built in Oak Ridge, TN. If built, the UPF would produce thermonuclear cores for H-bombs at a rate of 80/year.
