"Not hammer-strokes, but dance of the water, sings the pebbles into perfection."
— Rabindranath Tagore
It's not a war crime, it is war...and the report ignored the ground control laser It is just anti US propaganda, the Haji's were firing on US troops, left the bldg, and as is their tactic pretended to just mosey along, AK's under their robes.I have been to Iraq, and seen this scene a hundred times over...from the ground as we called in those fabulous Fighting Falcons to take out crowds of insurgents...it is a far better thing than our primitive carpet bombing in World War II, where we targeted civilian populations to kill the German and Japanese Industrial capabilities, and just as necessary.
The Japanese military attacked us. The Germans declared war on us. The Iraqis did neither, and were never a threat to us.So there is no reason to be in their country killing them at all. There is no reason to target their "industrial capabilities" at all. Therefore, every Iraqi killed is a war crime.
