“We have been given this land, air, and water in sacred
trust from the Creator.” This came from Interfaith Power & Light, and many
churches in the Asheville
area signed onto this statement. We believe we need to protect the earth, not
exploit it. We believe that protecting the earth will be done by creating green
jobs for our brothers and sisters who need work.
We can do this, if we choose to do so.
