It is really, truly unbelievable that we actually do this to our home! Blast away the mountains that I love so much. The Sierra Club is running a letter writing campaign to stop this horrible practice, and you can go here to sign on to a letter or write your own. Go down to the 'take action' button. The letter will go to the EPA Administrator, Lisa Jackson, as well as the Chair of President Obama's Council on Enviornmental Quality, Nancy Sutley.
