PHOTO: A seven-month-old baby girl lies wounded in a hospital, after a U.S. air strike which targeted two suspected foreign fighter safe houses, in Falluja, 50 km (30 miles) west of Baghdad, February 8, 2007.
I called Senator Burr and Senator Dole's offices this afternoon and told them that I had just finished my blog post about the war in Iraq called "Daily War News for Friday, February 9, 2007". I gave them the web address for Today In Iraq. I read to them the caption above and then gave them my own caption, printed above. Then I asked WHY ON EARTH ARE WE BLOWING THE LIMBS OFF OF LITTLE BABIES IN A COUNTRY THAT NEVER ATTACKED OR HURT THE USA? Of course, they had no answer. I told them that this is evil and I want it stopped.
Next, letters to the editors of the local papers.
